What we do with your details.
Short version: we use them to quote your job and nothing else. No advertising trackers on this site.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote or contact form: your name, phone number and/or email, the job address or cross streets, what needs cleaning, and any notes. Your answers to the quote questions are stored with it so we can price the job.
What we do with it
- Prepare and send you a quote, and arrange the work if you go ahead.
- Nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to marketing lists.
Where it is stored
In a database operated for this site on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Access needs a password. We keep enquiries so we can look up past work; ask and we will delete yours.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics script. Cloudflare processes standard request data — IP address, user agent — to serve pages and block abuse.
Phone and text
If you give a number, we may text you about your quote. We will not add you to a marketing list. Reply STOP and it ends.
Getting your data removed
Contact us and say so; we will delete the record. California residents have rights under the CCPA including access and deletion, and we will honour those requests without argument.
